really funny awesome post. I, as a modest pagan, completely disagree with her "modesty comes from a puritanical worldview" position, as modesty as we think of it (clothing covering most if not all of the body) can be seen in many Pagan peoples throughout history! Greek and Celtic women covered most of their bodies! Clothing in the past was seen as an adornment. Adornments meant wealth, so the more you wore, the wealthier and more noble you appeared. But I also completely understand where she's coming from too.
